Cindy Tobias,  Executive Director

Cindy was born and raised here in Spartanburg.  She is an active member of Morningside Baptist Church.  She and her husband Jimmy have been married 34 years and have six children and one grandchild. Cindy has extensive experience in the business sector and local non-profit work.

Jennifer L. Tysinger, Office Manager

Jennifer joined The Shepherd’s Center in January 2011. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She attends Northbrook Baptist Church.  Born in Texas, Jennifer has called the Spartanburg area home for 25 years now.
